Teeholic Return Refund Policy
This Teeholic Return Refund Policy explains returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, defective products, incorrect items, misprinted products, and custom product exceptions for purchases made on teeholic.us.
Teeholic.us is operated by Teeholic LLC. We want customers to understand our return and refund process clearly before placing an order.
Return Window
Teeholic accepts return requests for eligible non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.
The 30-day return window begins on the date the order is delivered to the customer according to carrier tracking information.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition that you received it
- Returned with original packaging if available
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 30-day return window may not be accepted.
Returns Accepted For
Teeholic accepts returns for eligible non-custom products for reasons including:
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color ordered
- Change of mind
- Item no longer wanted
- Defective item
- Damaged item
- Incorrect item received
- Misprinted item
Return Shipping Cost
For buyer’s remorse returns, including wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, change of mind, or item no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted items, Teeholic will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer if the claim is approved.
In some cases, Teeholic may request photos of the issue before approving a replacement or refund.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
To request a return, please contact support@teeholic.us with:
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted
Please do not send any item back without contacting Teeholic first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
After your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Return Address
Do not send returns to the business address unless Teeholic support specifically instructs you to do so.
Because some products are produced by different production partners or facilities, the correct return address may vary depending on the item and order.
Restocking Fee
Teeholic does not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Teeholic accepts exchanges for eligible non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.
If you need a different size or color, please contact support@teeholic.us. Exchange availability may depend on product availability.
For buyer’s remorse exchanges, including wrong size or wrong color ordered, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted, please contact Teeholic at support@teeholic.us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue
If the claim is approved, Teeholic may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom upload products, personalized designs, personalized names, personalized text, and made-to-personal-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
However, custom and personalized products are still eligible for a free replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted.
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, image quality, design placement, selected size, selected color, and personalization details before placing an order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for buyer’s remorse returns:
- Custom upload products
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items clearly marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
Cancellations
Because most Teeholic products are made on demand, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started.
If an order has already entered production or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
